Location: Internship work is based at one of 's U.S. locations: New Brighton or White Bear Lake, Minnesota; Hanover Park or North Aurora, Illinois; Apex or Sanford, North Carolina; Bishop Woods, Delavan, or Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The subsequent three-year Engineering Leadership Development Program requires relocation and work at locations throughout the United States.
Salary: $34.00 per hour, approximately 40 hours per week.

What you will do
- Complete a 12-week summer internship with one strategic business project.
- Contribute to work supporting 's mission of improving sustainable water management.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and other interns across the organization.
- Participate in mentorship, networking, executive speaker sessions, and professional development activities.
- Present project objectives, processes, results, and impact to leadership at the end of the program.
- Take part in a team case competition and 's Intern Summit.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering at an accredited university.
- Currently enrolled as a junior, with a preferred graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Willingness to work during the summer at one of the listed U.S. internship locations.
- Strong interest in 's three-year rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program, which requires relocation throughout the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Hiring process
