What you will do

• Apply O2C best practices and external benchmarks to design and implementation approaches.
• Support wave-readiness assessments, including dependencies, risks, and entry criteria.
• Conduct gap analyses and define actions to close identified gaps.
• Work with GPO teams and support functions to establish cross-functional requirements and dependencies.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate O2C-related ERP implementation blockers.
• Align O2C expertise with the broader GBS transformation agenda, operating model, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an O2C subject matter expert across complex projects and businesses.
• Experience adapting processes and solutions to unique client environments.
• Strong governance and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Cross-functional influence and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Understanding of ERP integrations and exposure to AI.
