What you will do

• Support business transformation initiatives through organizational change management, business analysis, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Partner with business, technology, and project stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes, tools, operating models, and ways of working.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness evaluations, and adoption tracking.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and create alignment.
• Develop communications, training materials, job aids, process documentation, governance materials, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Support training, knowledge transfer, go-live readiness, post-implementation adoption, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in organizational change management, business readiness, business analysis, training and communications, HR transformation, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and prioritization skills.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting current-state and future-state processes, and producing client-ready deliverables.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint; familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery, and change frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, travel, cruise, reservation systems, revenue management, or customer operations.
• Consulting experience and experience supporting technology-enabled transformation programs.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
• Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change management certification.
