Location: On-site in Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $97,000–$110,000 per year, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects, including data requirements gathering, platform configuration, administrator training, and deployment support.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers implementing or expanding hirify.global solutions.
• Guide government officials and staff through implementation and help them become effective software administrators.
• Analyze customer requirements and pain points, collaborating with internal teams to improve and automate workflows.
• Gather customer feedback and feature requests and contribute to product, delivery, sales, and scoping discussions.
• Develop implementation best practices and provide guidance and mentorship to internal team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software implementation consulting or equivalent transferable work with external clients.
• Experience analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial or other relevant data, with an understanding of governmental concepts and practices.
• Ability to train customers on software solutions, workflows, and business processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data formatting, error checking, and report creation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, pattern conceptualization, modeling, and solution design skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to product changes, and improve internal processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with public-sector functions such as procurement, budgeting, community development, asset management, finance, or accounting.
