Senior Solution Architect (Supply Chain)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with work from home two days a week.

Annual salary: $152,814–$210,119, plus potential medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.

What you will do

• Lead interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions to define future-state supply chain processes.
• Identify, collect, analyze, and document data requirements from ERP, PLM, databases, spreadsheets, email, and other sources.
• Translate approved business requirements into technical designs, platform configurations, complex datasets, and performance monitoring systems.
• Select and oversee mathematical models, forecasting methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, simulations, ETL, and operational planning models.
• Oversee the work of architects, consultants, analysts, data scientists, and integration specialists, including testing and automated testing initiatives.
• Work with client stakeholders and internal R&D teams, deliver user training, resolve solution gaps, and mentor technical and business contributors.

Requirements

• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics organizations.
• Experience leading a full supply chain planning implementation lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, development, UAT/SIT, go-live, cutover, and value realization.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in operations research, industrial engineering, engineering management, business analytics, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with planning systems, ERP tools, agile delivery, supply planning products, and large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Microsoft PowerPoint, databases such as SQL Server or MySQL, and SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages.
• Strong mathematics, statistics, data processing, analytical, communication, presentation, demonstration, and training skills.
