What you will do

• Lead business requirement sessions and workshops to document to-be processes using industry best practices.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and integration of complex data from ERP, PLM, and other operational systems.
• Lead technical design documentation, converting business requirements into scalable platform architecture.
• Oversee tool configuration and performance monitoring to solve deep supply chain and operational problems.
• Mentor and review the work of Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in customer environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, Texas or able to work from the office.
• 5+ years of experience with a Master’s degree or 7+ years with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or analytical field.
• Proven experience leading the full lifecycle of supply chain planning solution implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management (SQL Server, MySQL).
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and data mining.
• Experience with Agile methodology in large-scale enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDX or T-SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex mathematical or technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in operations research or industrial engineering.
