Solutions Architect, CRM (Salesforce)

Location: McKinney, Texas, United States; 4 days per week onsite at the McKinney Corporate Office. Travel is less than 15% for conferences and team meetings.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end solution and technical architecture for the enterprise Salesforce platform.
• Define the data model, security and sharing architecture, and API-led and event-driven integration strategy.
• Lead the technical roadmap for AI-driven sales enablement, customer intelligence, and platform scalability.
• Establish technical standards, design patterns, governance, and environment and release strategies.
• Conduct design and code reviews, lead build-versus-buy decisions, and manage technical risks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, developers, and administrators while collaborating with product, security, data, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, integration, performance, and enterprise scalability.
• At least 10 years of experience in technical roles, including 4 or more years architecting Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale.
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Snowflake or data warehousing, SQL, Salesforce multi-cloud, React, Azure APIs, ETL pipelines, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI/ML enablement, customer intelligence or CDP, and data governance.

Nice to have

• Certified Technical Architect credential or active progress toward it.
• Experience enabling AI/ML capabilities and copilots on Salesforce.
• Experience with non-native web applications and user interfaces built on Salesforce.
• Industry experience in distribution, manufacturing, or M&A-driven growth environments.
• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
