AI Solutions Architect - Business Intelligence

Location: Remote within the United States; up to 10% travel as needed. Not currently hiring candidates residing in Delaware, Hawaii, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Puerto Rico, and other US territories.

Salary: $125,000–$165,000 per year, plus an eligible bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead advanced data projects for the Business Systems and Analytics team.
• Gather end-to-end AI requirements, define project scope, and resolve complex business issues with internal customers.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Develop AI roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and technology strategy.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures covering data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and risk management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field.
• Python development experience is required.
• Experience with ETL development, MySQL, descriptive and predictive analytics, and semantic layer design.
• Experience creating Markdown files with YAML headers and designing or implementing OKF/Wiki knowledge-management systems.
• Strong planning, project management, analytical, decision-making, communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to build partnerships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Working fluency with Domo, Claude, and/or Cursor.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.
