What you will do

• Manage commissions and project delivery from inception to completion.
• Act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent for diverse construction projects.
• Conduct pre-acquisition surveys, asset condition schedules, and quality monitoring.
• Provide expert advice on defects diagnosis, dilapidations, and party wall awards.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project deadlines and commercial targets are met.
• Prepare detailed designs and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related technical discipline.
• MRICS qualification or membership of a relevant professional body.
• Proven experience in project management within a consultancy environment.
• Strong knowledge of JCT Contracts and CDM/Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent specification writing and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and build long-term client relationships.
