Build Manager

What you will do

• Support delivery of construction and related activities within an assigned section of the works.
• Plan and implement logistics with the site-wide logistics team, and contribute to programming and planning.
• Monitor on-site works, maintain daily construction site logs, and report findings through the construction organisation.
• Coordinate with health and safety, quality, surveillance, commercial, project controls, logistics, and construction delivery teams.
• Update trackers and schedules, enter site data into internal and client systems, and manage drawings, surveys, and data sheets.
• Prepare risk assessments, method statements, handover packs, material lists, and other required project documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in a build management role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisation, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer and internal relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work to deadlines.
