Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP (Data Centre Construction)

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland; Frankfurt, Germany; London, United Kingdom; or Amsterdam, Netherlands. Right to work in Europe is required.

What you will do

• Analyze cost reports and review financial performance with senior management.
• Prepare budgets through detailed cost modeling, benchmarking, and cost reviews.
• Manage project costs against budget, including value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor project financial close-out and vendor settlements.
• Oversee commercial change management, change evaluation, and procurement from RFP through delivery of project services and products.
• Lead commercial risk management and review portfolio cash flow and earned value analytics.

Requirements

• Extensive cost management experience, ideally in a consultancy working on large and complex projects.
• Understanding of MEP systems and the ability to read services drawings and schematics.
• RICS chartered status or progress toward completion.
• Degree or comparable qualification in construction, quantity surveying, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Strong ownership, accountability, communication, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Right to work in Europe.
