Property Surveyor

Location: Hybrid, field-based across the North West, with time required in multiple offices and pubs; Manchester, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Carry out condition surveys and develop capital investment plans for pubs across the North West.
• Facilitate property surveying programs covering minor and major projects.
• Manage the delivery of reactive works across the region.
• Identify property problems and their causes, evaluate data, and make logical decisions.
• Prioritise actions, coordinate delivery across multiple locations, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Help maintain and improve property asset value, presentation, and operating effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience with multi-site pub, leisure, or retail developments.
• Extensive property management experience and the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and implementation skills.
• Professional industry-recognised qualification such as RICS or CIOB is preferred, with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to work across multiple offices, field locations, and pubs.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and deadline-management skills.
