Cost Manager (Quantity Surveying)

What you will do

• Support Associate and Senior Cost Managers on projects.
• Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
• Contribute to pre-construction cost planning and estimating.
• Manage post-contract finances and support the commercial and contractual performance of projects.
• Provide procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services.
• Build client relationships and help deliver value for money.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• Strong technical delivery experience and experience managing complex projects.
• Experience in feasibility, cost planning, and pre- and post-contract work across a range of schemes.
• Experience with stakeholder management, client account development, workload prioritisation, and deadline delivery.
• Some knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body is preferred.
