Salary: $163,200 - $236,700 per year

What you will do

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and evolution of the Connect program, including its capabilities and services.
• Develop program packaging, positioning, and pricing in partnership with Finance and Growth teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and operational performance to ensure high-quality execution and consistent partner experiences.
• Manage program economics, focusing on delivery costs, resource efficiency, and sustainable margins.
• Build and lead a high-performing delivery organization focused on accountability and innovation.
• Serve as the executive leader for strategic partners to reinforce confidence in the program's value.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience leading and managing complex partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no visa transfers or F-1 STEM OPT).
• Proven ability to formulate a compelling vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, project management, negotiation, and change management skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and innovation-related methodologies.
• MBA or PhD in business, science, or a related field is preferred.
