What you will do

• Own the strategy and delivery for the value-based transformation business portfolio.
• Translate federal payment policy shifts into concrete pursuit decisions and operational models.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including health policy researchers, data scientists, and clinicians.
• Oversee rapid-cycle evaluation and analytics workstreams to ensure rigorous and timely policy decisions.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for federal client leadership and model teams.
• Manage strategic relationships with research organizations, actuarial firms, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• 12+ years in federal health care consulting, research, or program delivery.
• 5+ years leading programs or portfolios for CMS or comparable federal health agencies.
• Direct experience in the design, implementation, or evaluation of alternative payment models.
• Deep understanding of payment-to-quality mechanics, risk adjustment, and performance-based methodologies.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of 25+ staff members.
• Master’s degree in public health, health policy, economics, or a related field.
