What you will do

• Provide operational rigor for integrated EPD launch plans on large, complex, and highly technical initiatives.
• Align Engineering, Product, and Design leaders on milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Maintain high-confidence visibility into status, risks, and decisions across all workstreams.
• Drive teams to plan ahead and execute against the roadmap, holding stakeholders accountable for commitments.
• Define, instrument, and report against quantitative goals, OKRs, and metrics to guide pivots and track progress.
• Serve as the key liaison between EPD and stakeholders in Clinical, Commercial, Compliance, Legal, and Infosec.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 7+ years of experience across technical program management, product management, general management, or business operations.
• Demonstrated experience owning cross-team execution on technically complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Strong understanding of EPD organizational operations, including roadmap planning and release sequencing.
• Experience defining and reporting against quantitative goals and OKRs.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical constraints into decision-ready messaging.
