Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Deliver client adoption programs, training sessions, and change management initiatives.
• Facilitate training webinars, onboarding sessions, and workflow workshops for legal professionals.
• Develop training content, adoption guides, and workflow documentation.
• Monitor client adoption metrics and engagement data to identify trends.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client enablement inquiries.
• Maintain internal playbooks, knowledge base articles, and enablement templates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or legal consulting (or a JD).
• Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications in legal workflows.
• Familiarity with law firm or in-house legal department operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to client sites and team events.

• Experience with LegalTech platforms, document management systems, or Microsoft 365.
