Implementations Manager (Legaltech)

Location: Remote within the United States, accommodating every US time zone including Hawaii

Annual salary: $100,000–$115,000 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and sustained adoption.
• Act as the primary client contact, provide status updates, manage expectations, and resolve risks and issues.
• Lead discovery, define success criteria, and translate client workflows into structured implementation plans.
• Partner with technical teams to configure and validate hirify.global Notice against client requirements.
• Plan and deliver client onboarding and training to support adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Maintain project documentation, recommend relevant add-on products, and improve implementation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with SaaS implementations.
• Working knowledge of legal technology, including docketing and document management systems.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing concurrent projects, and translating complex needs into actionable plans.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot is required; Confluence experience is preferred.
