What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation projects, managing timeline, scope, budget, and quality targets.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations and proactively resolving risks.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate client workflows into structured implementation plans.
• Partner with internal technical teams to configure and validate product requirements.
• Plan and deliver client onboarding and training to ensure adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Identify process gaps and standardize best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering SaaS implementations.
• Working knowledge of the legal technology ecosystem (docketing and DMS preferred).
• Strong client-facing communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with implementation tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Hubspot.
