What you will do

• Lead end-to-end eDiscovery project management activities for top-tier law firms and corporations in a fast-paced environment.
• Consult case teams on collections, data processing, data hosting, and production deliverables.
• Manage project intake, budgets, timelines, and status reporting in collaboration with Document Review Managers.
• Perform production anomaly checks and final quality control (QC) to ensure accuracy of deliverables.
• Mentor and develop less experienced project managers within the organization.
• Maintain billable utilization targets between 70% and 80%.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within eDiscovery or Litigation Support.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Relativity (RCA certification) or Everlaw (Project Management Certification).
• Experience performing Early Data Assessment (EDA) and leveraging analytics tools like concept clustering and predictive coding.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for high-level client expectation management.
