Salary: $127,000–$164,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for electrical components including high-density PCBAs, power units, and battery systems.
• Diagnose and resolve manufacturing and design issues, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Execute electrical design updates in Altium to improve manufacturability and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Drive the validation and implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through rigorous testing protocols.
• Maintain technical documentation including BOMs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in a commercial, product-driven manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, actuators, and sensors.
• Proficiency in Altium for reading and updating schematics and PCB layouts.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windchill PLM.
• Proficiency in Python, Linux, or C languages.
• Experience with ERP and MES software.
• Background in developing manufacturing equipment (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ).
