What you will do

• Manage revenue and reservation growth across a diverse book of business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with studio owners and managers.
• Drive adoption of new products and ensure high partner retention rates.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide performance reports to partners.
• Prospect and sell new studio and wellness partners to expand the platform.
• Monitor market supply health and inventory availability to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or business development.
• Proven track record of high performance and meeting targets.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt styles for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to maximize impact.
