What you will do

• Set the strategic vision and direction for EMEA marketing, including lead generation, operations, and sales engagement.
• Direct and develop a team of marketing professionals, ensuring performance goals are met and exceeded.
• Lead brand integration across all EMEA functions, including positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy.
• Partner with leadership to align marketing efforts with the employee experience and corporate reputation.
• Manage marketing budgets and implement data-driven tools to track market trends and campaign effectiveness.
• Deepen client loyalty and retention through strategic engagement and voice-of-customer initiatives.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on market expansion.
• Proven ability to create a marketing voice and act as a trusted advisor to global leadership.
• Strong understanding of best practices in the coaching or professional services industry.
• Ability to manage complexity and lead change in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
• Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week).
