TL;DR
Growth Marketing Manager (Data & Analytics): Driving growth strategy and execution for the Embedded Analytics pillar within the Data + Analytics business unit with an accent on multi-channel campaign development and lifecycle marketing. Focus on optimizing customer acquisition, accelerating product adoption, and generating sales-qualified pipeline for ISV and enterprise customers.
Location: Hybrid — Must be based in the UK and able to attend monthly meetings in the London HQ office
Salary: £38,000 – £47,000 Annual

What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns (email, content, webinars, social) from strategy and content creation to measurement.
- Create lifecycle marketing programs to maximize user engagement, product adoption, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage third-party activities and vendor partnerships to maximize ROI for assigned products.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics including MQLs, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product marketing to align campaigns with GTM strategies.
- Maintain campaign calendars and project timelines to ensure all initiatives meet quality expectations and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- Experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise software.
- Ability to attend monthly meetings in the London HQ office.
- Proficiency with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, and marketing automation (Pardot is a significant plus).
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution.
- Experience using web analytics and BI tools to build and maintain performance reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and architecting agentic marketers.
- Experience marketing embedded analytics, business intelligence, or data connectivity solutions.
- Understanding of ISV ecosystems, regulated industries, and enterprise data governance.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
