What you will do

• Establish PA&S requirements baselines and documentation in compliance with ESA general policies.
• Monitor project status, tracking Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), anomalies, failures, and deviations.
• Conduct quality assurance audits, system inspections, and witness test activities (MIPs, KIPs).
• Coordinate PA&S disciplines including RAMS, Software PA, M&P, and EEE.
• Support formal acceptance reviews and technology readiness assessments for contractual deliverables.
• Participate in launch campaigns and MAIT activities, including potential missions inside and outside Europe.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in thirify.global sector.
• At least 5 years of specialized experience in Product and Quality Assurance.
• Proven track record of PA activities specifically for spacecraft units.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in diverse, multinational teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Noordwijk, Netherlands.
