Location: Remote or in a modern office in Riga

Salary: Monthly EUR 2,800–3,700 gross

What you will do

• Execute and scale learning programs by translating organizational direction into actionable initiatives and leadership development actions.
• Consult and diagnose functional leaders’ team-specific learning needs and align development initiatives with business goals.
• Drive talent architecture by overseeing career pathing, competency frameworks, performance/promotion cycles, and succession-linked programs.
• Facilitate and deliver training by leading sessions and designing engaging curricula, balancing internal delivery with vendor management.
• Measure and innovate by tracking organizational impact and behavioral change, and continuously modernizing the approach with new tools and AI-driven learning solutions.
• Manage the L&D ecosystem and budget, including vendor partnerships and consultant relationships.

Requirements

• Senior experience scaling learning & development or leadership programs in fast-paced or evolving organizations (preferably Tech).
• Proven track record building end-to-end learning curricula and personally delivering engaging training sessions.
• Strong execution focus: comfortable designing, delivering, and facilitating directly while translating organizational goals into practical programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to advise and collaborate effectively with senior executives and functional heads.
• Data-informed approach to learning with demonstrated ability to measure business outcomes and behavioral shifts.
• Curiosity for the future of learning, including leveraging AI and modern tech to optimize development.
