What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and the resolution of workplace conflicts.
• Provide professional coaching on career pathing, leveling, and leadership capabilities for managers and employees.
• Advise leadership on performance management, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to design and drive HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze engagement and retention trends to develop proactive people solutions.
• Ensure organizational compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Colombia
• English: High proficiency in written and spoken English (B2+)
• 6+ years of experience in people/business partnerships within the tech industry or fast-scaling startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of decreasing turnover and increasing engagement in technical teams.
• Experience leading organizational change using agile methodologies.
