What you will do

• Drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and warehousing.
• Provide strategic leadership to the site team to achieve targets in safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Ensure production output meets customer demand and quality standards through effective oversight of planning and engineering.
• Lead and embed a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team through engagement and succession planning.
• Drive operational excellence and transformation projects to support growth and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end operations including production, engineering, and supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and complex organizational structures.
• Track record of delivering sustainable operational and financial improvements.
• Expertise in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and health and safety compliance.
• Experience managing legal entity responsibilities and statutory compliance.
