What you will do

• Lead and support the injection moulding team to meet production targets.
• Drive quality standards and consistency to achieve zero-defect production.
• Champion Continuous Improvement activities across the manufacturing cell.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with other manufacturing departments to optimize product output.
• Manage team performance and foster a culture of high standards and determination.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing a team within a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety fundamentals relevant to manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive quality and consistency in complex production processes.
• Tenacity and determination to overcome production challenges and setbacks.
• Ability to work alternating shifts (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm).
