Production Supervisor

Salary: £16.59 per hour (approx. £34,500 per year based on 40-hour week).

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities across four Pie Filling production lines.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve peak performance.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain accurate production documentation.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a food processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, team supervision, and interpersonal skills.
• Food Safety and HACCP qualifications.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
