Salary: £28,500 – £41,250 per annum.

What you will do

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure machinery and site services remain safe and efficient.
• Diagnose technical faults quickly to minimize production downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and best practices within the engineering team.
• Support departmental KPIs and operational targets.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and safe working environment following all company policies.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Recognized engineering apprenticeship, training, or degree.
• Electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience with Siemens PLC software and programming.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally food production.
• Strong mechanical problem-solving skills and knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.

• Experience with SAP software.
