What you will do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
• Monitor building management systems (BMS) and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility construction and maintenance projects.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Mentor and train less senior technicians on best practices and system reliability.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical, or Electrical Technology.
• Two or more years of experience in facility or industrial maintenance.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in various environmental conditions.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Merrimack, NH.

Nice to have

• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Additional certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades.
