What you will do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through inspections and turnover repairs.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety and risk management concerns.
• Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and replacement parts.
• Maintain building emergency systems and operational procedures.
• Provide professional customer service to residents and coordinate with vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• EPA Certification is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• HVAC Certification.
