Facilities Technician I (Medtech)

Salary: $20.15 - $23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of the facility's structure, equipment, and grounds.
• Execute light carpentry, painting, and small repairs on walls, roofs, and office fixtures.
• Maintain all facility appliances, including dishwashers, coffee machines, and refrigerators.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment sourcing and project planning.
• Participate in the 24-hour security call rotation.
• Manage equipment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be based in San Diego, California for full-time onsite work.

Nice to have

• 6+ months of related facility experience.
• Knowledge of Planned Maintenance protocols.
