Solutions Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid with attendance at the office for 3 designated days per month

Expected annual OTE: CAD 99,400–136,000

What you will do

• Analyze enterprise workflows and translate technical requirements into scalable implementation and integration architectures.
• Lead technical alignment sessions and advise customers on operational best practices and optimized ways of working.
• Act as a technical advisor to technical leads, C-suite executives, and non-technical stakeholders throughout complex, multi-phased projects.
• Plan and execute end-to-end systems testing, customer training, onboarding, adoption, and deployments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product gaps, and influence platform roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot integration, middleware, and API issues; improve implementation frameworks and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex technical implementations or project lifecycles in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Ability to work with API documentation, middleware systems, token authentication, Postman or Bruno, and developer tools.
• Experience with Python, Google Apps Script, AI tools, Looker, BigQuery, and Grafana.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, systems-thinking, executive communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency or fluency in French or Spanish.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce and familiarity with Point of Sale ecosystems.
