Salary: $99,400 – $136,000 CAD OTE

What you will do

• Analyze enterprise customer workflows and translate technical requirements into scalable implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance on operational best practices and optimized integration architectures tailored to business needs.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for C-suite executives and technical leads across multi-phased projects.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide VOC feedback and influence platform roadmaps.
• Execute end-to-end systems testing and deliver tailored training programs for stakeholders to ensure adoption.
• Troubleshoot complex API, middleware, and integration challenges using systems thinking and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex technical implementations within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration architectures.
• English: Fluency (C1) is required.
• Proficiency with Python, Google Apps Scripts, and modern AI tooling.
• Experience with API tools (Postman, Bruno) and analytics tools (Looker, BigQuery, Grafana).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or Spanish.
• Experience in Hospitality, Retail, or E-commerce industries and familiarity with POS ecosystems.
