What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor and coach to VP-level leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities.
• Lead the talent agenda, including organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning for client groups.
• Develop and scale company-wide practices for performance management and development planning.
• Guide teams through complex organizational change, diagnosing risks and shaping communication strategies.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and provide counsel across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Drive operational excellence by simplifying and automating HR processes using AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify compliant).
• 10+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, or Talent experience.
• 4+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and advising Vice President-level and more senior executives.
• Broad expertise in organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret people data into practical decisions.
