What you will do

• Evaluate, implement, and improve processes.
• Organize and support daily operational processes.
• Enhance team efficiency by supporting the implementation of new projects.
• Implement strategies for automating daily tasks.
• Interact with other teams in the marketing area for effective project facilitation.

Requirements

• Systematic and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work effectively with a large number of operational processes.
• Attention to detail.
• Desire to take responsibility and be proactive.
• Understanding of tracking, technical setups, and tracking platforms.
• Ability to read offer unit economics and check payback.
• Ability to configure S2S postbacks and diagnose them.
• Ability to find the cause of discrepancies in statistics.
• Ability to build tracking links with the correct macros.
• Ability to analyze the funnel and suggest improvements/optimizations.
