MEP Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor (Data Centre Construction)

Location: On-site in Farciennes, Belgium. Must have the legal right to work in Belgium.

What you will do

• Analyze MEP tender bids and documentation to ensure maximum value for money for clients.
• Develop detailed estimates and cost plans specifically for MEP elements of developments.
• Manage the settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims related to MEP installations.
• Oversee total project spend through accurate valuations and regular cost reporting.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to employees within the MEP cost management stream.
• Handle the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including MEP-specific claims.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP cost manager on large-scale complex projects (Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or heavy industrial).
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and process (MEP) systems.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have the legal right to work in Belgium.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
