What you will do

  • Act as the custodian of construction quality and provide expertise in QA for all construction activities.
  • Implement and maintain a consistent Construction Quality Programme and systems on site.
  • Establish a 'Right First Time' culture and provide necessary training and expertise to site personnel.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for non-conformances and update the Lessons Shared database.
  • Align construction quality programs with hirify.global’s QMS and overarching group quality objectives.
  • Maintain satisfactory relations between the client and hirify.global regarding construction QA matters.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in construction quality management.
  • Proven experience in Construction QA/QC across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Degree qualified (desirable) with additional professional Construction Quality certifications.
  • Experience on projects within Life Sciences, Food, Energy, or other specialized industries is desirable.
