Senior Project Engineer (Pharma)

What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee medium to large capital projects from design through construction and commissioning.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish project objectives, execution strategies, plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams while managing technical and commercial delivery.
• Execute projects through quality and management systems and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Provide performance reports, identify variances, define corrective actions, and liaise with senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• 6–9 years of experience managing medium to large capital projects through design, construction, and commissioning.
• Excellent record in Health & Safety.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding and experience of project controls and governance across the full project lifecycle.
