What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems for the construction site.
• Ensure full compliance with Belgian and EU safety regulations and standards.
• Lead safety inductions, training programs, and regular toolbox talks.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and detailed risk assessments.
• Manage incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and site management to maintain high HSE performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HSE management experience on major construction projects.
• Professional HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, or CMIOSH.
• Extensive knowledge of Belgian and EU safety legislation.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects exceeding €100M.
• Background in data center or mission-critical facility projects.
