TL;DR
Structural Design Engineer (Steelwork/Reinforced Concrete): Designing buildings and structures for pharma, life sciences, mission critical, and food and beverage projects with an accent on structural analysis, engineering software, and drawing production. Focus on coordinating with clients and internal teams, supporting construction activities, and conducting site inspections.

Location: Hybrid in Niel, Belgium

What you will do

  • Design buildings and structures in steelwork and reinforced concrete.
  • Perform structural analysis and manage drawing production.
  • Use structural engineering design software.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support construction activities and carry out site inspections.
  • Build strong internal and external working relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of postgraduate structural design experience.
  • Mandatory: knowledge of Dutch or French and English.
  • Seeking Chartered Engineer status.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
