Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

What you will do

• Support construction project delivery through all stages, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource coordination appropriate to the project phase.
• Act as the central communication point for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Review design information, technical submissions, and specific validation requirements for data centers.
• Support tendering activities, document evaluation, and contract administration.
• Monitor site progress, safety practices, and overall project performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally in consulting or client-side environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or tech projects.
• Must be able to work on-site in Johor, Malaysia.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Project management professional certification or a willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
