What you will do

• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling controls strategies for both BP and contractors.
• Manage the WBS/CBS in collaboration with Cost Engineers and monitor detailed schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans into established risk and change processes.
• Establish a project-wide progress measurement and reporting system with clear roll-up structures.
• Coordinate internal and external schedule benchmarks to ensure readiness for future project phases.
• Generate and present detailed schedule reports and project updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Must be based in the United States (implied by US-specific legal compensation disclosures and benefits).

Nice to have

• Expert proficiency in project scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and Acumen Suite.
• Ability to consolidate multiple sources of performance data into a master schedule platform.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
