Project Manager 2 (ERP)

TL;DR

Project Manager (ERP): Coordinating the delivery of LANL’s ERP Modernization effort within the supply chain and manufacturing workstreams with an accent on project lifecycle management and cross-functional coordination. Focus on aligning business and IT teams to ensure project outcomes are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in or within a reasonable commute to Los Alamos, New Mexico, USA. US citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Manage multi-discipline supply chain and manufacturing projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project charters, project management plans (PMPs), and schedules.
• Coordinate activities between supply chain, manufacturing, functional teams, and external vendors.
• Identify and manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating impacts as needed.
• Partner with customers to define expectations, solve problems, and ensure system adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certification.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain/manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• US citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) methodologies.
• Experience in technical writing and delivering formal presentations.
• Familiarity with government or federal agency regulated environments.
• DOE "Q" security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
