What you will do

• Provide presales technical support and conduct product demonstrations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Review system requirements and assist with the integration and testing of BESS-related software features.
• Analyze field data and troubleshoot issues to recommend improvements for system models and configurations.
• Document application workflows and best practices for energy storage systems.
• Collaborate with product, software, and engineering teams in technical discussions.

Requirements

• Experience and background in the battery storage market (BESS).
• Strong technical support skills, including issue diagnosis and structured problem resolution.
• Software development skills relevant to applications engineering, such as scripting and API integration.
• Electrical Engineering expertise in power systems, energy storage, and grid integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Boston, MA

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS).
