TL;DR

Outbound Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Developing and executing the outbound sales strategy for an AI-powered IT management platform with an accent on pipeline generation and new market penetration. Focus on closing technical B2B deals, positioning AI capabilities, and building relationships with key IT decision-makers.

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv (3 days per week). Must be able to work US hours (Monday–Friday).

What you will do

  • Drive the full outbound sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and handoff to Customer Success.
  • Build and manage a robust outbound pipeline across target accounts and new market segments.
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers in IT organizations.
  • Act as a founding member of the outbound team, contributing to sales playbooks, messaging, and processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build market presence.
  • Position AI capabilities, specifically the Robin product, as a key differentiator to solve customer challenges.

Requirements

  • Native-level English (written and spoken).
  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling technical products.
  • Proven success in outbound hunting roles and a history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work from the Tel Aviv office (hybrid, 3 days per week).
  • Ability to work US hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI Native products or AI tools.
  • Technical understanding of IT environments.
