Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead onsite by assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging activities, including schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and drive effective resolution with the project team.
• Implement and monitor key project processes with the client, including improvements and revisions.
• Lead and attend key meetings to track progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners.
• Implement project procedures and ensure they are consistently followed.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in hyperscale data centers or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP systems.
• Experience with client/contractor/vendor management, RFPs, bidding, and change orders.
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented approach, and quality-driven mindset.
• Experience in international projects with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
