Senior & Intermediate Construction Planner / Scheduler (Pharmaceutical): Develop and manage detailed construction schedules across full lifecycle from design to commissioning with an accent on critical path analysis, schedule optimization, and resource planning. Focus on leading interactive planning workshops, tracking milestones, and aligning execution with client expectations and quality systems.

What you will do
- Develop and manage detailed construction schedules
- Perform critical path analysis and schedule optimization
- Lead interactive planning workshops and engage teams from early phases
- Track milestones, identify variances, and provide performance updates
- Liaise with project management for regular reports and resource requirements
- Contribute to constructability reviews and maintain client relationships
Requirements
- 8–15+ years experience in project scheduling on complex projects
- Experience across full lifecycle: design, construction, commissioning
- Degree preferred in Engineering, Science, or related
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical problem-solving in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience with Last Planner methodology
