Senior Agile Project Manager (Medtech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex digital and software projects from initiation through release and stabilization.
• Translate approved product and portfolio priorities into integrated delivery plans, milestones, critical paths, forecasts, and release plans.
• Coordinate dependencies, resources, vendors, platforms, and regulated development activities across multiple teams.
• Identify risks, issues, capacity constraints, and resource conflicts, then drive mitigation, recovery planning, and escalation.
• Partner with Product Management and PMO on strategy execution, governance, tollgates, reporting, and portfolio transparency.
• Provide evidence-based visibility into progress, readiness, financial performance, delivery risks, and scope or resource impacts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience in software, digital, medtech, healthcare IT, or regulated product development.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-team, cross-functional initiatives with significant business, customer, quality, or compliance impact.
• Experience leading Agile software development and release initiatives in a matrix organization, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PI Planning, and increment management.
• Strong background in integrated project planning, scheduling, dependency management, financial oversight, resource planning, risk management, issue management, and recovery management.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, cloud and digital solutions, DevOps, modern software delivery, and delivery forecasting.
• Ability to travel occasionally based on project, stakeholder, or release needs.

• Experience in medtech, healthcare IT, regulated software, or medical device product development.
• Experience with hirify.global Business System visual management, root-cause problem solving, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting product or software launches with release readiness, stabilization, compliant delivery, and cross-functional governance.
• Experience improving milestone, forecast, and release predictability against approved commitments.
• Experience operating as a hands-on Senior Manager-level individual contributor.
