What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects.
• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction teams and personnel.
• Manage general contractors and vendors to ensure project delivery.
• Provide leadership in health and safety, QA/QC, and project controls.
• Ensure full compliance with internal systems and project procedures.
• Maintain ownership of project quality, timelines, and budget performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale mission-critical or data center construction.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in EHS leadership and statutory health and safety requirements.
• Strong understanding of contractual models and supply chain capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively within complex project environments.
