Project Manager, Branded Channels Construction (Retail)

Location: Copenhagen Hub - Løvstræde, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Deliver retail construction projects, including new stores, remodels, refurbishments, maintenance initiatives, and special international projects.
• Manage external consulting teams, contractors, vendors, franchise partners, and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Establish priorities, manage processes, budgets, inventory, quality, costs, and service standards.
• Coordinate resources across architects, contractors, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen retail development processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and cost control.
• Develop vendor and partner relationships while supporting international market growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retail construction, project management, or business development.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience building partnerships with franchise partners and their vendors.
• 2–3 years of experience in a global organisation or international business environment.
• Ability to present information credibly to senior stakeholders and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, PDF, and CAD files in project delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience interpreting drawings, blueprints, as-built drawings, and shop drawings.
• Experience monitoring, tracking, and reporting on budgets.
• Experience coordinating external vendors across multiple projects.
• International travel experience in a project delivery role.
